Each year, this impossible slope provides just enough measure of grace to produce one wine, a singular character shaped by the season's unique pageant. We never know exactly who she'll be until the harvest is over, only that she will be a fleeting expression of this place, rarely to be glimpsed again.

Copado 2024

100% Grenache

The sun was generous, the rain was timely, and for a few blissful months, the wind didn't try to tear the leaves from the vines. For a moment, we almost thought the mountain was being kind, that it had finally accepted us. This vintage was so effortlessly cool, so perfectly balanced from bud to bottle, it made us forget the 80-degree incline and the constant threat of gravity. It's a wine that swaggered into existence, a pleasant reminder that sometimes, things can just be good. Almost.

Cheto 2023

100% Carignan

Only the most audacious Carignan clusters, those clinging to the highest, most precarious slate ledges, were deemed worthy. We left behind anything that seemed too easy, too comfortable. It was a year of painstaking, almost aristocratic selection for a wine that, despite its origins in sweat, dust, and near-vertical toil, carries itself with a certain air of unassailable refinement. It's a wine born from calloused hands that somehow demands to be held with a pinky out.

Fiaca 2022

91% Grenache, 9% Carignan

A long, quiet, almost lazy growing season. The vines seemed to doze under the Spanish sun, taking their sweet time, storing up their energy with a profound sense of indifference. We were fooled into a moment of calm, a siesta for the soul, before the frantic, break-neck harvest began. This vintage is a monument to the intense, explosive energy that can only come from a long, deep rest. It's the feeling of waking up from a nap and deciding to conquer a mountain.

Quilombo 2021

55% Grenache, 45% Carignan

A year of meteorological madness. Hail in spring that made us want to weep, heatwaves in summer that baked the slate, and a harvest that felt like a beautiful, chaotic scramble against time, weather, and common sense. It was a glorious mess of logistics and intuition. We didn't fight it; we embraced the mess, let go of the plan, and the result is a wine of improbable harmony born from pure, unadulterated disorder.

Boludo 2020

52% Carignan, 48% Grenache

We questioned our sanity daily. Picking this early? Trusting that forecast? Leaving those particular grapes on the vine? Every decision felt like a gamble, a friendly but firm shove from a trusted pal telling you to just jump already. It was a fool's errand on the cliff's edge, guided by nothing but gut feeling. And yet, here we are. This wine is a testament to the profound wisdom that can only be found in a moment of shared, brilliant madness.

Pelotudo 2019

61% Grenache, 39% Carignan

A vintage of such extreme, unrelenting conditions it made us feel utterly foolish for even trying. The sky was an adversary, the earth was a challenge. We stared at the struggling vines, then back at each other, and thought, "Only a complete, stubborn idiot would see this through to the end." There was no logical reason to continue. This wine is for that idiot, and for the triumph that comes from being too stubborn to quit.

Quilombo 2018

52% Grenache, 48% Carignan

Before the beautiful mess of 2021, there was this masterpiece of mayhem. A vintage that threw everything at us - frost, drought, deluge - a tangled, operatic drama of vine and weather. If 2021 was a frantic scramble, 2018 was a full-blown riot. We simply held on, tried to keep our footing, and did our best to steer the beautiful, glorious chaos into a bottle. It's a wine that remembers the fight.

Chamuyo 2017

77% Grenache, 23% Carignan

The season whispered sweet nothings in our ears, promising an easy, bountiful year. We were almost seduced by the calm skies, the gentle warmth, the perfect little clusters forming on the vine. It was all talk. Then, the turn. The heat, the wind, the sudden thirst of the vineyard. A vintage that taught us to listen carefully, to nod and smile, but to never, ever believe every pretty promise the weather makes.

Copado 2016

100% Grenache

A throwback to a year when everything just clicked into place. The mountain gave us a rare, subtle nod of approval, and the Grenache responded with a confident, effortless swagger. The fruit was clean, the acidity was bright, and the harvest felt more like a celebration than a battle. It was a good year to be on the slopes, a cool, crisp high-five from nature that reminded us exactly why we do this.

Trucho 2015

72% Carignan, 28% Grenache

The forecast was a lie, the early fruit was deceptive, and the analysis from the lab made no sense. Everything pointed to a lesser year, a pale imitation of Priorat's power. It felt like a fake. We harvested on pure instinct, ignoring the data, and in doing so, found the absolute, undeniable truth hidden within the supposedly counterfeit grapes. This wine is a wink and a nod to the real thing being better than any copy.

Cheto 2014

100% Carignan

This Carignan was particularly… selective. It refused to ripen on the lower, more accessible slopes, demanding only the most sun-drenched, wind-beaten, and frankly inconvenient perches. It was a high-maintenance vintage from a grape that acted like it was born in a palace, not on a rugged cliffside. The result is a wine that knows its worth and expects you to, as well.

Production: 812 bottles

Trucho 2013

75% Carignan, 25% Grenache

A year of grand illusions. What appeared by all accounts to be a washout - a thin, weak, and disappointing season - turned into a vintage of surprising depth and character. It felt like we were getting away with something, like we'd bottled a wine far greater than the season should have allowed. It's a beautiful fake, a wine that tastes like a perfect vintage but has the soul of a survivor.

Production: 689 bottles

Boludo 2012

58% Carignan, 42% Grenache

Our first few years on this slope felt like a dare from the mountain itself, a constant test of our nerve. We made choices that seemed, on paper, completely backwards and naive. This vintage is the product of one of those moments - a tribute to the happy accidents and strokes of dumb luck that happen when you're brave enough, or perhaps foolish enough, to look stupid.
